Post attachments folder

All files uploaded when creating a post are automatically stored in a system folder called Post attachments. This ensures that every file shared through posts is easy to locate, and accessible beyond the original post itself. The folder is located under the Quick Access section on the files page.

You can move files from the Post attachments folder into other folders without breaking the file reference in the original post.

If you delete a file from the Post attachments folder, the file will not be removed from the original post. However, users will no longer be able to view or access it - they will see a message indicating that the file has been deleted. To fully remove the file from the post itself, you need to edit the post and manually delete the file reference.
