Plan, conduct, and document your meetings efficiently and securely —right within Hippoly.

Understand Meetings

In Hippoly, meetings are organized as intuitive, seamless workflows:

  • Send invitations and build the agenda — Invite participants and attach add materials (agenda and board pack) directly within the meeting.

  • Automatic file organization — A dedicated folder is created for each meeting to store meeting-related documents effortlessly.

  • Capture minutes and assign follow‑ups — Write meeting minutes, add actions for tasks and decisions, and assign responsibilities in real-time.

  • Finalise and sign minutes digitally — Send meeting minutes for electronic signing, then securely archive the signed version.

Everything you need, from planning to archiving, is integrated in one space to keep your meetings structured, transparent, and easy to reference later.
