Join an existing workspace

If you received a workspace invitation email

Click the invitation link in the email you have received

Sign in to your account (if you’re not already signed in), or create a user account if you don’t have one yet.

When you’re signed in, you will be redirected to a page listing your workspace invitations. Click the Accept button to join the workspace.

If you don’t get redirected to the invitations page or don’t see the invitation, it is usually because the invitation email was sent to an address that isn’t linked to your Hippoly user account. Check which email address the invitation was sent to and add that address to your user account.

When you have accepted the invitation, you will be redirected to the workspace and are ready to start collaborating with your colleagues.

I haven’t received an invitation email, but I want to join a workspace I know exists

Unfortunately, you can’t join an existing workspace without an invitation link. You’ll need to ask an administrator of that workspace to invite you.
