Mobile number

Depending on your region, your phone number may be used as a second factor for sign in or to receive codes for e-signing documents. It is also used to restore access to your account if you’ve forgotten your password. That’s why it’s important to always keep the phone number linked to your user account up to date. To update your phone number, follow these steps

Go to https://secure.hippoly.com/#/account-settings/settings or navigate to your account settings by clicking your name at the top right corner of the screen.

Expand the Mobile number section.

Enter your new mobile number, then click the Save button.

A confirmation dialog will appear, and a verification code will be sent to the mobile number you entered.

Enter the verification code in the confirmation dialog, then click the Confirm button.
