Delete meeting minutes
To be able to delete a Minutes document, you must be the Meeting Secretary, and the Minutes must be in editing mode.

Open the document in the Minutes editor.

Ensure the Minutes is in edit mode. If not, click the Edit button at the top left corner of the editor.

Click the Trash bin button at the top right corner.

A confirmation dialog will appear. Click Delete to confirm the deletion.

Note: Once deleted, the Meeting Minutes document cannot be restored. However, the signed Minutes PDF can be restored.
